Find the subscription details
Take a screenshot of a subscription or billing confirmation that shows the service name, price, and renewal date where possible. Check Apple subscriptions under Settings > your name > Subscriptions, and review direct-billed services separately.

Import a screenshot
Looply Pro can read text from a screenshot and propose editable subscription details. Choose the screenshot yourself; Looply does not scan your bank account or automatically discover every subscription.

Review before saving
Check the service, amount, currency, billing interval, and next renewal date against the original source. Recognition may miss or misread details, so correct the candidate before saving.

Set a renewal reminder
Looply Pro offers per-subscription renewal and trial reminders. Allow iPhone notifications, choose a useful reminder time, and use the app's test notification to check delivery. Focus modes and notification settings can affect what you see.

Cancel with the billing provider if needed
A reminder is not a cancellation. For an Apple-billed subscription, cancel in Apple Account settings; for direct billing, follow the provider's cancellation process. Looply offers guidance but does not cancel subscriptions for you.

Does Looply connect to my bank or scan all my subscriptions automatically?⌄
No. Looply does not connect to bank, card, or payment accounts. You choose screenshots or enter details yourself, so it cannot automatically discover every subscription.
Are screenshot import and renewal reminders free?⌄
Looply's App Store listing says the free plan supports up to two subscriptions. Screenshot import and per-subscription renewal and trial reminders are included with Looply Pro.
Does screenshot recognition upload my image?⌄
On-device recognition uses Apple Vision. Optional cloud-enhanced recognition requires consent for each scan and sends a minimized screenshot and on-device OCR text through the server to DeepSeek Vision. Review the privacy policy for details.
Will a reminder cancel my subscription?⌄
No. You must cancel through Apple or the service that bills you. Check the provider's terms and confirm the cancellation.
